This vintage we selected Pinot Noir grapes from our coastal estate to make our Rosé. The Pinot Noir grapes deliver a concentrated spectrum of aromas and flavours – ranging from the classic strawberry to wonderful hints of pomegranate.
Beautifully ripe grapes were gently crushed and pressed in cool controlled conditions to retain fruit vibrancy. The juice was cold settled and racked to fermentation where we used selected yeasts and cool fermentation temperatures to retain all the bright strawberry flavours and crispness in the signature style of OTU Rosé.
